  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and milk in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir in diced apple and cinnamon.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  4. Top with pecans before serving.
