  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt, pepper, and olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onion and peppers until softened.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes until heated through and well combined.
