  • 10 oz kale
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • Filtered water (to top of spinach)

Instructions

  1. Fill the blender pitcher with kale first.
  2. Add filtered water until it reaches the top of the kale.
  3. Add apple, banana, grapes, avocado, and frozen berries.
  4. Add flaxseed last.
  5. Blend until smooth and consistent.
  6. Yield: about 60 oz (one full blender pitcher).
