- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 to 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Dried dill or Italian herbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place salmon and vegetables on a sheet pan.
